I tried this product and thought it was ok but after reading about preservatives and complaints I won't be buying it again. I knew it was too affordable to be great and was hesitant from the start. I didn't notice any noticeable difference after I finished all the bottles and I shouldn't have known that clients had hair loss and health issues from it. Didn't know it was a Johnson & Johnson product.

I'll start my review by saying you can get this for half the price at Wal-Mart which I found out shortly after purchase. I've been using this product for about a month and since the bottles are small and I have long thick hair I've bought more just to use longer and see if I notice any results. I've used half of my second bottle and am happy with the product. I feel like I have less split ends since using this shampoo and conditioner and my hair doesn't get greasy as quickly and I can wait…

Do not use this product because you think it will make your hair grow faster. Severe hair loss after childbirth. Vitamins make your hair grow. no Product.

I love the results with biotin and collagen for my fine fine short hair - especially for the price. VERY compares to much more expensive products I've tried. The scent is minimal but pleasant. Hair is soft and looks fuller. A little goes a long way if you have short hair. My only comment is that while the bottles are uniquely shaped and attractive, they are VERY inconvenient to use in the shower. They can be quite slippery and difficult to handle. Okay, I'm going to throw all my shampoo and conditioner in the trash! I just moved into a lakeside cottage with the hardest water on earth and my hair was breaking like crazy, dull and limp. And I'm 63 years old and I need all the hair I can get. This product saved my hair! The brittleness has stopped, the hair has become soft and manageable, and the scalp is no longer itchy. I also use her purple shampoo and conditioner to tone down the brassy tone and it's amazing!

This product took a long time to get to my house and when I first used it my hair felt very soft. However, within 24 hours my head was itching badly and by the second day my hair was getting greasy and I don't even have greasy hair. I used it about 3 more times and the same thing happened each time, so the product is not for me.

Have been using OGX Thick & Full + Biotin & Collagen Shampoo & Conditioner for over a year. I LOVE its scent and it does the job well. About a year ago I noticed my hair was falling out in clumps! I honestly can't believe I still have some! But about a year ago I had radiation therapy and blamed it on hair loss.
