This is the best soap pump that I have had. 4 stars because snout is bent down too much and it squirts next to the edge of the sink instead of out into it.

Nice appearance, well made, easy to install and the bonus of almost half the cost of other similar products. The soap doesn't come out evenly.

Great item and easy to install. Not plastic but real brass. The color was not a perfect match for my moen aberdeen faucet but unless I point it out you wouldn't notice. The moen one kept breaking and was expensive to replace. This was a much more reasonable replacment.

Was a great replacement for a broken soap dispenser from American Standard. The style wasn't an exact match but it comes close. So far so good. The spout sticks out a half to 3/4 in further than I would like, but most of these seem to be that way. Easy to install in a standard sink hole.

I installed this product for a customer and we were both very pleased.For the price it is very sturdy and looks amazing, it arrived in perfect condition and seeing as how the price is half of what one would cost in a big box hardware store I would highly recommend.

Gifted this to my Mother for Christmas! It was very easy to install and is easy to refill the soap container ! Very sturdy! This is definitely a great product !

For the most part, I’m pretty happy with this purchase. The price is incredible and the product looks a lot more expensive than it is. I’m very happy with how it looks. It also works well enough. My only complaint is that when I unscrew the bottle to refill it, the motion of unscrewing it loosens the plastic nut that tightens the dispenser on to the sink, so each time I refill the bottle I have to redo tightening that nut. Despite that I would buy the product again.

This product is absolutely amazing. It's heavy and a really nice quality. Really easy to install too! Used it to replace an old side sprayer since we no longer needed it. SO WORTH THE MONEY!

Holds vacuum, and allows you to dispense smaller amounts of dish washing detergent with partial presses on the pump. This has reduced our consumption of detergent, and it only needs to be refilled about half as often as the old pump.

As a trade professional I've installed hundreds of faucets and soap dispensers. Be warned that you have a margin of error of about an eighth of a turn with the nut between "tight enough that it won't rotate on you" and stripping the threads. It probably wouldn't be a bad idea to wrap the threads with Teflon tape to offer more grip for less torque. Fortunately, Revain was cool about taking it as a return.
