My hands and feet are extremely cracked and dry from constant hand washing. I used a hand and foot lotion which instantly soothed and moisturized my hands. This thing really works! I bought this set mainly for the lip balms, but I love the hand and foot creams the most! I highly recommend this set. Although the hand cream has said nothing about nail growth, my nails have never been healthier and look great since using it.
