This is for the steering wheel and airbag area. It is very yellow and you can see it clearly. Whether it can actually stop someone from picking the lock, I'm not sure. But it will make my car less attractive to airbag theft when it's easier to steal another car.

Works as expected. I really like this unique cord lock and it is much stronger than any I have seen or used. You don't have to worry when you lock your car with this product. I have to say one thing, this product is a little heavy but trust me its worth it. After all, car safety is more important.

I've been using it on my 2019 Honda Ridgeline Sport for a few weeks and continue to be very satisfied. It's quick and easy to put on and take off and fits nicely over my existing handlebar cover. Looked good. However, the square key cannot be removed from the cylinder unless it is locked. I prefer both. Therefore it is not possible to first expand and then block it. The lock cylinder requires a square key to open it in one direction only. Not 3 not 6 not 9 just 12 hours. The small red dot on the lock cylinder is therefore at 12 o'clock. The key only has a notch where the key can be inserted into the lock.

My airbags were stolen a few weeks ago. This is my new deterrent. It actually works pretty well and covers the entire area of the airbag. Very easy to put on and take off. The only drawback is that the inner padding falls off under the cover. I'll probably have to buy a sticky pad and reattach it. When installing this wheel lock, make sure to rotate the wheel until the cover can fully close your airbag.

Although thieves can steal anything, it helps them choose another car. I have found this to work well on my 2019 Honda Passport and 2000 Toyota Tundra when installed through the small hole in the steering wheel as instructed. Sawing through the wheel with a hacksaw will not remove it. They can kick the lock, but that will slow them down. None of my cars drive with the system installed. It's pretty hard. So if you can't lift 10 pounds, it may not be for you. I found it easy to use.

This thing has a problem. Bought for Kia Forte and Ford Explorer. I can't use it to lock out the shift/parking brake method as I have a console there.
