Easy to assemble and works well. Good weight and size for me and my fiancé could use it too although we have different waist sizes so I think it should fit most people.

In general, I like it very much! It is convenient that you can make tires of different sizes and disassemble them so that you can put them in a small bag if necessary. The weight is perfect. Mine didn't have the little graphic that the instructions said should be used to show you where the assembly buttons are, but that didn't really matter, they're easy to find.

The product is decent and easy to assemble but for those who love to exercise this product sucks. It's not heavy enough to use so you'll need to add weights, but even after trying a few weights it still doesn't work for me. If you are a little taller and looking for something to use, don't buy this.

It is a good hula hoop. I've seen people say they can't hold him. Just put one foot forward. Don't stand up straight or he'll fall over, or you can play hockey around the house until you get it like me. It's not very difficult, I think that's ok. To break it again you have to touch the buttons a lot. Getting a funnel to fill is a mess and I would do it from the outside. If this is your first time using it, go outside as it may open and make a mess. Chaos is not recommended, not fun to clean…

It comes hollow and with plugs so you can add dried bean or rice weights before assembly. However, I didn't add any extra weight because I figured I'd get the hang of it first and then add weight. Unfortunately, once assembled, it is very difficult or impossible to disassemble and reassemble the parts. I still love using it without, and it weighs more than a plastic hoop, so it's a good workout even without inflating.

Fitting the tire is therefore self-explanatory. 8 sections are interconnected. No problem as the hoop only came in a box with a bonus rope and no instructions. Not that I need to know how to assemble it, but it would be nice to have an info sheet/weight indicator. Can the sections be filled with sand/rice/beans etc and roughly how much of each?
