OLFA Rotary Cutter RTY 2 G Review

Slips and chops everything in its path! I really like using it to cut leather. I bought the 45mm after getting the 28mm and it's much better. I have attached photos to show the approximate depth of cut (in mm). I also played with it on plain paper, very nice. I used it to cut some sandpaper and really a bunch of things. I even used it to cut the tag off my shirt and it came out really well when I rolled it up right where I needed it! I'm having a hard time using anything else right now. Why use

I make a lot of skirts for my little one. The patterns I use are mostly large rectangles. I love love love using a rotary cutter for all those straight lines instead of using scissors. With a rotary cutter, the process is much faster. I've also used it to cut out pieces to restore a set of sofa cushions - 12 in total. Because of the many positive reviews, I had high hopes for it. but despite many negative reviews, this disc cutter let me down. I have a big project and really needed this to make it easier to work with long cuts (local stores have sold out of disc cutters). Thought of Fiskers and a few others but stopped there. big mistake.
