    Worthless.: Cats

    Rear clip does not hold, so putty spills out when rolled. I called the company, a very smart man said to watch the video. I said I saw it. She said she would send a brace. Funny I've used it twice since I just had my kitten, both times the stuffing came out of the back because the clip wouldn't stay on. Very disappointed. I was hoping for a good product and courtesy from the support team. It's too late to return. I'm on a budget.

    Does not work as advertised

    Absorbency is not an issue in this case. Easy to install, but the dividers aren't big enough to collect litter. It's useful for pushing everything to one side and therefore easier to clean, but no spatula was included, which is frustrating. The section is quite small, so it needs to be cleaned frequently, and turning it over will release mostly clean sand, which can save buying more sand. Last but not least, I have to sweep up the sand that leaves my kitten's box. I use it now but will look for

    Expensive junk with poor design

    This is a great example of a good idea with poor execution. The baffle, which is designed to separate solids from dirt, isn't stable, and the grooves it sits in aren't deep enough or secure enough to work properly. You roll it and often the screen panel will detach and fall out and you'll be left with a box of dirty, balled up junk and debris and clutter everywhere. I suppose a long drawer meant for extra junk is bulky and clunky and again you have a drawer full of ugly stuff. Garbage…
