Looks good and precise

I've been using it weekly in my shop since purchasing it to find the center of the tree to use on my plank. It's fallen on a cement floor so many times and it's still accurate. We recommend.

Pros
  • Excellent design
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Handy tool, good for centering

I bought this by mistake by pressing the wrong button. I just wanted to add it to the list but didn't think of it. I received it yesterday and have used it twice today. No doubt I really needed it. It is well made and works well for centering smaller diameter round work pieces.

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • Requires a socket

Missed center -- 2 times

I bought two of these after the first missed center by about 1/16th. The second is slightly better, but still not included. what happened to it It's a simple concept required for the precise execution of a product. Perhaps this is normal for woodworking, but for ultra-precise metal construction, the margin of error is too large. Send back.

Pros
  • Dope πŸ”₯
Cons
  • So far so good

A very small instrument. - Power and hand tools

Quality is good but I was expecting a much larger area. The "blade" is 2", which means the maximum diameter of an object that can be used for marking is 4". The description says 1/2 inch, which is thick and therefore doesn't make sense in terms of functionality. It would be nice if the seller provided the measurements that actually say something.

Pros
  • Build quality
Cons
  • Not the best

DO NOT BUY! best in striking

I really wish Revane didn't sell stuff like this. It's a precision tool and everything about it is imprecise. A 90Β° angle is more like a 98Β° angle, the straight part, except it's not at 45Β° to the corner, not even straight, it's concave. This is pure junk that is functional for EVERYONE. Selling this kind of junk puts me off Revain, their products are untrustworthy.

Pros
  • practical item
Cons
  • out of fashion

Poor shot quality

Corners not straight. You can use this tool to make the center point round, you can check the inside corner, outside corner, but you can't place it at 90 degrees to the front edge. I want this because it's supposed to be a 4-in-1 square that I keep in my apron. Function 1, which I would use most often, can't. Compare the promotional photo and the photo I posted and you can see the corners are sharp and what I got is a bit flat and uneven.

Pros
  • Confident
