Omix Ada 18760 37 Speedometer Gear O Ring Review

O-ring fits the speedo on my 98 Wrangler TJ. 13mm for a bolt, removed the broken o-ring, replaced with this o-ring and bolted it on.

I replaced the speedometer gear on my Jeep Wrangler and while the previous o-ring looked good I decided to replace it with a new one. No leaks.

From left to right you have Omix Ada, in the middle Crown Automotive and on the right MOPAR, they are visually much thicker so this one is probably prone to leaks.

Jeep Cherokee 2000 4.0L NP231. Used this for my Speedogear ring as the previous one broke during the SYE install. It was perfect for my speedometer (stick). Came in a nice little bag. There's nothing more to say about her, the job is done and I'm happy with it so far. I'll edit it if it changes.

It is an o-ring and it has worked flawlessly so far. For me there is either 5 stars or 1 star for this item because it either works or it doesn't. The product isn't subtle enough to warrant a different review, although I'm sure others will disagree :)

Needed an o-ring for my 2000 Jeep Cherokee after installing the Slip Yoke Removal Kit and Old Man Emu 4" Lift Kit. The original o-ring held up throughout Installation but I had to pull on the housing to reattach the outlet gasket (leaks horribly!) and it didn't hold up to the replacement I ordered this and it arrived in 2 days (Prime) and slides right in just like that Original.There are no leaks at all and the rubber felt very comfortable.Took two just in case but very happy with the quality…
