Large Small Z BALL

My son calls it Z BALL. I think they play sports with them at school. It's a really great ball that just bounces around everywhere and keeps kids active and running :)

Various Uses - Exercise Equipment

My aunt from California got up about a month ago and has serious back problems so she sits on the couch and rolls the ball between her back and the couch and swears by it so I bought it for the hubs, he likes that too.

The kids loved the tennis camp!

I run a tennis summer camp at university and have found that my kids enjoy playing tennis. They formed a circle on the square and bounced back on it. If the person caught it, they stayed home and went out if they missed! They enjoyed it without realizing that they were improving their reflexes. We did this in the afternoon before returning to the game. It was wonderful!
