I bought a phone for my mother. She loves it as now she can clearly see the buttons to make phone calls. The sound quality is also very good, very clear, and all the volume controls allow you to adjust the volume of the ringer, speaker and handset.

My grandma is losing her sight at an alarming rate so I bought this great feature phone with 3 great programmable options. All the functions she needs work. My only complaint about this phone is the lightness of the phone. If he had a little more stamina, he would rest better and not tear himself from the cradle so easily.

This is the fourth phone with big buttons that we bought for my mother. One of the other brands had terrible static and the other didn't work at all. The 2nd brand manufacturer sent us a new phone but that didn't work either. This works at least like a telephone. But the save buttons don't work. You don't keep the programmed number. But my 98-year-old visually impaired mother is happy that she can at least dial a number. So let's keep it for now.

Bought this for my father who is now mentally and physically disabled and can't program it himself. And in the age of Covid we cannot go to his room to set it up for us. As well as the staff at the nursing home where he lives. Well like many people I don't have a phone at home as I only use my cell phone so this phone wasn't good as I couldn't program it before sending it to him. Also, for the price, it looks VERY cheap - like a kid's toy.
