So far, so good. on Dogs

So far so good. I have serious doubts about how well it will hold up. The clasp seems very loose and we currently have a 100lb German Shepherd that we are training to walk on a leash. Now it pulls very hard and I'm afraid the clasp will break. If I update if durability turns out to be better than it looks. I may only be starting out using it with one of our already trained pups, but we made it to match his harness.

Pros
  • Top marks for grip and durability from testers
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

This leash is amazing.

This leash is great. It is comfortable to hold and the bungee is great for unruly dogs. The extra knob for more control is a nice feature too. The leash is of high quality, I think it will last a long time. My pit bull pup in the photo is 7 months old and weighs 60 pounds - just to give you an idea of his length. He also wears a large adjustable OneTigris military collar. I highly recommend this leash and the OneTigris brand.

  • Decent performance

Problem with clip

good material but my dog strayed from it several times because the clip somehow detaches from the collar, i don't know why but it often comes off and not necessarily because the dog pulls too hard . I bought another product, it has the same leash but has a D-ring that attaches to a collar or vest. I bought this product and will continue to use it. I am very disappointed in this product. I would return it, but I think it's too late for that.

Durable but. suitable for dogs

I really liked this leash. I like it when the handle is low, but the handle is so low that if your dog isn't fully grown yet, you're basically bending over trying to hold that handle. When my dog is fully grown I expect the placement will be a little more comfortable, but still it's literally right on the neck. If they moved it an inch or two, I didn't feel like I was holding the dog's neck as tightly, but I would still have good control over it. Otherwise it's solid, which was a plus for me. I

I highly recommend this One Tigris Tactical Bungee Dog Training Leash.

This is a replica of the leash I was given while training my K-9 government. I missed it and didn't know they were available except when they were released. They're not classified or anything like that, but the government has a lot of great stuff that needs to be released, and so it's never exposed to outsiders. I plan to buy another one or three. Each of these will probably last forever, but I have several K9s and I like it when each has their own gear. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00W4S6SA2/ref=โ€ฆ

This leash is strong!

I would highly recommend this leash to any dog owner who has a puller. I am a 5ft 4in 130lb female and my dog is a 1 year old 85hp Bully/Mastiff mix. After finding the right harness with a strong chest clip and this leash I now feel really confident walking my dog. A few weeks ago I was dragged out of the car towards the dog park gate as usual - with that leash and expensive Victoria Stillwell harness he suddenly broke free and sped away (luckily only as far as the dog park gate)! the leash is too short for a large dog

is a good leash but at 34" unloaded it's a little short for me at 6ft and my 30" Australian Shepherd for our regular walkie-talkies; He loves cruising in front of me and this leash just isn't enough to get him to do it without getting my shin up his ass. It's a shame that I paid more attention to the dimensions and then did the math. This can be normal on a boat or as a seat belt for driving in the passenger seat of an open top roadster. the add-on says "Ideal for large to medium sized dogs." I

Pretty good leash. in the learning and behavior manual

Update 05/01/19: Well, one of the clamps is broken in the claw. The clasp appears to have been updated from previous ones seen in reviews from others. This class doesn't seem to use a washer with a clip to attach the rotating part. I broke the whole clasp. I used a carabiner and a different clasp similar to the one that came with the leash from the local hardware store. The new parts were rated at 150 pounds. Should be more durable. - 1 star for a bad clasp. -------- Pretty good leash. I likeโ€ฆ
