Best for smaller people.

The heavy duty weight rating, and ripped model in the video/photos lead one to believe it is bigger than it is. Obviously the model is a little dude, ripped, but little. I'm 6 feet tall, 200lbs, and my shoulders and forearms barely/don't quite fit in the knee raise position. Likely can modify to make it work, but would rather not have to bother with that. Otherwise it's a great multi tool for the home gym.

Pros
  • Suitable for those who need to regain strength after an injury.
Cons
  • May be difficult to find the perfect placement in the home

Very very happy best in my review

Very very happy with the station. Sturdy, versatile, practical. The cushions are very firm, time will tell if they will hold. I set it using 4 horizontal 2x6, one for each pressure point; I didn't see the need to use more than 4 as the whole frame does not rest on the wall (see pic); I also didn't want to use plywood as I didn't feel even the 1" would be strong enough. I used 3/8" lag bolts as others recommended but only 1.5" long since that's the thickness of the 2x6. No hesitations to…

Pros
  • Durable
Cons
  • May not be suitable for users with knee issues

Get everything you expect, as another noted, some slight effort into proper balancing, and you need your own tools to get it right as the attached begin to strip before you get to proper tension, which means weekly checks on your bolts for loosening vs monthly/bimonthly. The frame could have been made of a more sturdy/thicker steel, but as I said, middle class, upper sure, but still middle class. Nonetheless, 4 out of 5 stars, its got a lot going for it@home use

Pros
  • Provides balance training
Cons
  • Limited space for users to move around during exercises

Better than anything I could have built myself

I was going to build a pullup system in my garage with spare lumber, but I found this one. I did as others did and screwed some 2x6 to the wall, and then mounted the hooks for the bar to those 2x6. And it works great. The only comment I have is that it is a little bit narrow for the leg extension mode, but I am a big guy. Great buy overall.

Pros
  • Provides challenge: Offers different levels of difficulty for those looking to improve.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for users with limited mobility

Game Changer! - my new review

So with COVID I canceled my gym membership and opted to workout at home. The problem was space. I had been looking for something like this unit for a while and after reading the reviews I bought it. Best thing I ever did. The chin ups, wide grip and close, are great. The ability to convert it into a dip station/ab workout station really put this product over the edge as far as it’s multi function use. Between this purchase and the Nordic Trak adjustable weight dumbells and bench, I have…

Excellent, versatile, sturdy, and easy to assemble

With the access to fitness centers limited, I found this pull-up dip bar a great addition to completing my home gym. My wife actually installed it for me as an anniversary gift , and it took about an hour (not including the trip to Home Depot for the wood, etc). I like that his has both outer and inner grips, which gives me the ability to work the full back. I also use the dip feature greatly, and it takes an easy five seconds to pop the bar from the pull-up hooks to the dip hooks. Plus, I have

  • Pull-Up Bars
Cons

Fundamental to a home gym

Lots of these to choose from on Revain yet happy with this choice. Really wanted a dip bar to go with doorway pullup bar. This combo easily solves it. Have to leave it in the pullup position or can walk into the dip handles! 🤣Not sure how long the padding will last but should be repairable. Good purchase for my home gym.this and a range of dumbells (more than pictured!) and a bench for a 60 year old. 💪

Pros
  • Targeted exercises help to increase muscle strength.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for all fitness levels

Quality Pull Up Bar/Dip Station at Attractive Price

Very happy with this pull up bar. I ordered this one and another from a competitor. While I think the competitor's version was slightly better constructed (welds), I kept the OneTwoFit because it came with the levelers on both sides which is critical if bar is tweaked a bit. Customer support was also very responsive in replacing an insignificant plastic cap. My only complaint is the location of inner pull up grip. It is right where your hands naturally fall above shoulder for a standard pull…

Pros
  • Increases overall fitness level
Cons
  • May not offer enough resistance for advanced strength training

One of the most versatile exercise equipment

Like it very much. One of the most versatile exercise equipment, although to install it on the studs behind dry wall and make it 120% secured could be a bit challenging process. If you are handy enough, you still can make it…

Great Product - Better than Advertised

This unit is well engineered and it shows in how easy it is to assemble AND how rock solid sturdy it is. I was surprised at how light weight it was and quickly cranked off a set of pull-ups. Now my children are on it and posting their results in family chat. Fun!

Pros
  • Put this in my Business Gym. Works great. My customers use it a lot.
Cons
  • Back rest broke and fabric ripped with infrequent light use. Metal components seem sturdy.

Sturdy . 5' 10 ". 235lbs

Did like others and bolted to studs. I used 3/8 5inch to bolt 2x4 in 3 rows to beams. then 3/8 4inch to bolt 2x8 to 2x4. combined with 2inch for one bolt of j hook.Handles my weight with ease

Pros
  • Wall Mounted Requirements
Cons
  • May not be suitable for users with elbow issues

Pleasantly surprised

Was not sure how sturdy it was going to be or if it would hold my weight (240) but it’s been a week of daily use from me and my wife and it’s perfect! I would recommend this to everyone.

Pros
  • Easy to Assemble
Cons
  • May cause discomfort on the hands and grip

Awesome pull up bar/dipping station system!

Gave 4 stars cause some of the stitching is off on the padding, but other than that, it works as expected. Expect to buy extra hardware to hang it up on drywall because it only comes with concrete wall anchors. It cost me almost $50 for all the wood, screws, washers, and paint. It was worth it since it is solid on the wall and looks great.

Pros
  • Saves space
Cons
  • May not fit all doorways

Incorrect directions and in Chinese

The directions were in Chinese. I put this together based on the pictures and they had made two mistakes that I was smart enough to see.

Cons

Great, versatile workout equipment

Love this pullup bar for multiple grips and ability to flip it and use it for dips. Solid, sturdy, and easy to put up if you follow others' instructions here.

Pros
  • Compatible with other fitness equipment: Can be combined with weights or resistance bands for a more challenging workout.
Cons
  • Limited opportunities for coordination exercises

A nice peice of workout equipment

This thing is super simple to set up. It's just a few screws and bolts and they give you an included wrench. For the money I feel like this gives a ton of value. I mounted it to my concrete foundation in the basement with no issues, just make sure you have a hammer drill if your anchoring it to concrete or brick. I definitely recommend this!

Pros
  • Very universal. Great product
Cons
  • Requires wall mounting, which could damage walls and limit placement options

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Absolutely worth it.

Works perfectly, this is all you need to workout at home. It supports my weight with no problems, no shaking, nothing weird. Very easy to assemble and install, I did it by myself. This is a perfect gym replacement, I bought this together with some resistance bands and loops. Try calisthenics and HIIT training, you won't need a gym anymore.

Pros
  • Multifunctional
Cons
  • May be too expensive for some budgets
