    Good design but too bulky

    I returned this item as soon as I received it as it was so large. I have never used it other than to try to attach it to my road bike after receiving it. It just didn't work for me because it was too big.

    Poor quality for cycling

    Everything worked great initially except the soft vinyl cushion didn't fully envelop the handlebars as shown. About two weeks after the return period had expired, the locking mechanism came loose from the base. See image. This happened for no apparent reason and I can no longer use the lock as it prevents me from pressing the unlock button. Initially the product was good but poor quality for a lock in my opinion.

    Expensive lock but very cheaply made

    This U lock has a plastic cap on the end of the barrel and needs to be turned clockwise/counter clockwise to reset or set the secret code. This cover is broken upon arrival. If it doesn't break today, it will break in 3 or 6 months or 1 year. After all, it's cheap plastic. This product has serious quality control issues. Very cheaply made. Repackaged for return within 10 minutes. Not worth $40.

    The best lock I've ever had. lifetime user.

    I love this lock! Several possessed! I will never buy a chain lock again. My comrades tried to steal my bike for fun when I swapped my old lock for a new one. The same lock as the new one. It took them hours to try before they broke the angle grinder. Still spent 30 minutes on it. Very strong and secure lock! I love the improvements they made to the lock save option. Easy to open, secure and eliminates the stress of a stolen bike.
