I like the sweeper I received. However I was very disappointed when it arrived as there was only 1 swivel brush in the package instead of 4 as stated in the product description. When I bought this item, I checked the customers' questions and answers, which also confirmed that I should count on 4 items. Although the sweeper I received works well, do not buy it if you expect to get what the product description says. Very disappointed.

Too bad after all these years the battery is still such rubbish. Bought this from Fred over the years before they went out of business. Never costs more than $20 but here we are less than 3 years later and I find they are selling for 40 and still using a junk battery system. The latter might have been unfortunate, but since they always die on time, I just sent it back. I love my sweeper! I've had one in the past and really liked it so I decided to get another one, it makes cleaning the kitchen floor a lot easier. I like that it works on carpet too, but I wouldn't use it in place of a regular vacuum, it's not that powerful. I was hoping it would be able to suck dirt out of the cracks in our old hardwood floors, but I still have to pull out the vacuum to do that, which is fine.
