Great shipping software to help manage your business

The ability for my clients (and myself)to track their shipments from origin all through delivery is great! It also helps me keep up with where each shipment has been, who picked it off of our truck or trailer etc.,etc.. I haven't found anything that i dislike about this program so far - but if you have any suggestions please let us know!! We are able t otrack every package we send out as well receive tracking numbers back via email/text message which makes life easier when dealing wtih…

Amazing Software... It's Everything!!!

This is my first time using this software, but it seems like everything has been thought of so far! I will say that there are some things about how you would want information organized or what fields should not have dates set as "Now". Maybe an option for setting up rules? However those features aren't available yet, which is understandable considering they're still releasing new functionality very often (new users might find themselves confused when trying out something). Pros
  • Easy way in keeping track both at home AND ON THE JOB.
  • It's super easy; great interface,
  • Great support team who knows exactly why certain issues come along.and then solve accordingly:
  • Super fast response times within minutes..not hours : )
Cons
  • Nothing really comes immediately into mind right off..but perhaps maybe better ways could be incorporated regarding reporting data back

The program itself is very simple to use, and it has a great customer service team who answers any question immediately. I do not have anything I dislike about this program. It is easy to use when you're just getting started with your marketing. You can schedule many different types of emails at once, which helps. For example, I can send out several emails all from one place and track them all from one dashboard. This also helps me know exactly how many people clicked through to our website or
