A wonderful way for businesses like mine (which uses Wordpress as its platform)

The program itself is very simple to use, and it has a great customer service team who answers any question immediately. I do not have anything I dislike about this program. It is easy to use when you're just getting started with your marketing.

You can schedule many different types of emails at once, which helps. For example, I can send out several emails all from one place and track them all from one dashboard. This also helps me know exactly how many people clicked through to our website or called us regarding a specific email.

Easy tracking
Ability for multiple users.
Email scheduling system that works well!
Customer support was excellent in helping resolve issues quickly without having problems solved by phone call alone (which could take hours)
