Review on OnTrack by Joseph Lang

The ability for my clients (and myself)to track their shipments from origin all through delivery is great! It also helps me keep up with where each shipment has been, who picked it off of our truck or trailer etc.,etc.. I haven't found anything that i dislike about this program so far - but if you have any suggestions please let us know!! We are able t otrack every package we send out as well receive tracking numbers back via email/text message which makes life easier when dealing wtih customers needing updates regarding packages they ordered online / shipped by mail order service providers like UPS & FedEx ect...
