Fun for family projects

Making soap for the first time. My kids made them as Christmas gifts. I melted and poured and they picked up colors and smells. Highly recommended for novice soap makers.

Received my order of two pound two packages. .

I received my order of 2-2 lb bags. opaque white soap. one has an orange stain on the right side, two layers deep. I'm not sure what it is if soap can be used.?

I should order a 5lb block

I dropped it too quickly but the good thing about the 2lb size is how it sets where the knife is still, and if you cut the short side, she can go to my glass measuring cup to just pop it up in the microwave with a few drops of colored and aromatic oils.
