I like that it's easy to use, even for novices! The user-friendly interface makes getting started quick & painless. I like how you can search through your documents for keywords, this helps me find important information that's been stored somewhere else or forgotten about! Sometimes it takes awhile to load/open docs after saving them from another program which does not help if time is of importance (especially when working with other people). The ease of use, ability to store documents that can be used by many people at once (even if they are not registered users), easy access from any place via mobile or desktop browser; I like it best because you don't need much technical knowledge for its installation - just follow instructions!
