Excellent platform for detailed reporting on website visitor activity

I like that it's easy to use as an admin - you can just click some buttons (or drag 'n' drop) in order add new fields or reports without having technical support! It has helped us understand our customer better by giving insights into user behavior across multiple channels including desktop/mobile web browsers versus apps vs social media platforms /etc., which was not previously available via Google Analytics data collection methods. However, we are still looking at adding more custom filters…

Very helpful for SEO purposes and data analysis

I like how it's easy to use with multiple features without being overwhelming or too technical (which can be hard sometimes). It has helped us see where our users are coming from which helps me plan future content better! So far we haven't had any problems but that could just because of lack in experience using this tool as well as their customer support team not knowing what they're doing yet :) We have been able to find out exactly who visits certain pages by seeing trends over time so now…

  • Which kinda sucks cause then its harder track your stats.

Great resource for learning new languages and improving existing skills

I like that it’s free to set up an account which allows you access your data from multiple devices as well (desktop browser or phone) without having another service with them at all times! It's pretty easy once we get everything setup but does require some technical knowledge in order make full use of their resources - they are very knowledgable however not everyone has this skill so be prepared if there isn't much tutorials out yet etc. The support team can help walk through any…

  • Free, quick timeframes for response when using customer services via email / website chat system is great too :)
Cons
  • There wasn't anything about our implementation experience itself during onboarding process where my supervisor had trouble getting his information added properly until after he manually emailed someone else outside work hours
