This phone is what I was hoping for a cute retro style that works well. The ringer is adjustable (high or low). It's all included, you just plug the handset into the base and the base into a regular phone jack. All retro style phones seem quite expensive to me but this one seems to be of high quality.

I called my wife as soon as I connected the phone. She said the sound quality was mediocre. It's a nice phone, but the plastic used feels a bit cheap and flimsy. I noticed a small crack at the receiver's connection point. Not bad for the money but I'll spend more and maybe get a refurbished 302 instead of a fake 202.

I love this phone! It's trendy, nostalgic and works really well. I was hesitant to order it, thinking that a real dialing system would not respond to key tones, but I had no problem. The dial is really fast enough to convey the right tone. Fits perfectly in my retro office, next to the vintage globe. The only thing that would make it better would be an actual bell ringing.

The phone is very light. Doesn't stay in one place when using the receiver. It works as described. It dials well and you can use it as a tone dial phone. But the quality of the parts is very poor. This is how I returned the Revain item for the first time. But I have to say that the customer service from this provider is very good. I explained the problems and they asked me to return the phone. Upon receipt I was refunded all the money. Shipping costs included. I do not recommend this product.
