Thought it would be better, but overall not bad.

I am a skeptic and a realist, I believe what I see. Let's say Creatine, from a physiological point of view, it adds m (bloating, due to the retention of water in the body), in this all its action ends, it does not add any strength or endurance, the muscles also hurt after training as usual . . as I did approaches with repeions before, I do it, even sometimes I don’t do it, there are no increases in strength. Also with glutamine, the muscles both hurt after a workout and hurt, it doesn’t add…
