I use Oracal vinyl all the time and have never had a problem prior to this roll. Vinyl is terrible, not easy to work with. It seems a lot thinner than the Oracal I usually buy and my machine almost shreds it. I adjusted the setting on my Cricut and it's still the same. Only with white, no other colors.

Well it arrived dirty so that should have been my first clue that something was wrong. With every inch I unwrapped, the waves, wrinkles, and general problems got worse. I tried to use it but it didn't even stick because the glue was old. I had issues with another color I ordered so this is not an isolated case. I'm hesitant to try again because the roll of the exact same vinyl I bought from Michael was perfect.

The vinyl was cut in several places and the outside edge was curled leaving about 4.5 inches unusable for the project I bought it for. Also, the entire roll was crushed and ripples formed all over the roll. It's quite possible that this will make the entire role unusable for me. This vinyl is the most uncomfortable vinyl I have ever used. First, as other reviewers have documented, the first 6 inches or so was damaged. Second, when I unrolled it a bit to stick it on the mat, the vinyl peeled off its backing because it went from wavy to flat. I have never had this problem with any other vinyl. Third, parts of the vinyl will lift up during cutting as the bond between the vinyl and its substrate is very weak, so you end up with imperfect/uncut areas. Your project, the…
