I got a sample of this from the dentist and loved it. For me it cleans my teeth much better than Oral B Glide. Additionally, some of my teeth are tight and I tend to break Glide floss in two. This is not what satin looks like at all. I don't know what you think about the Atlas, but it isn't. This is a wax coated plastic filament and some have a thick wax coating. It's nothing compared to other satin threads that are softer and thinner so you can tuck it in between those little gaps. I feel like I'm about to take off my hat or break my teeth. It will most likely break the tooth before it breaks. So if you have sensitive or brittle teeth, DO NOT use it.

I personally hate this type of flossing. Wrapping it around my fingers and then putting them in my mouth to brush each tooth is disgusting to me. I stopped putting my fingers in my mouth after sucking my thumb. I use a floss with a handle instead and am perfectly happy with it. I love popcorn but it always gets stuck in my teeth. I have tried many different types of thread but this one is my favorite. My teeth are clenched fairly tightly and it's the first thing that doesn't cut the gums. I suppose I could if you're not careful, but that's never happened to me. I love the mint flavor and the smooth waxed satin thread. It frays at times, but it's cheap, does the job well, and lasts a lot longer than most threads I've used. I am old and have medical conditions that make
