I floss every day. Despite this, my dentist told me that my gums were unhealthy and recommended this dental floss. The thread is a bit wider than the one I used before, but most importantly it also has a light texture. Not only does this remove particles better, but it also stimulates the gums more than other flosses I've tried. When it is the right thickness it works very well but the quality control of this product is very poor. It breaks every time I use it and unfortunately I ordered multiple rolls. This thread is garbage. And it will literally fill your trash because every time you floss you use up 2 meters of it coming into contact with human teeth. I'm not kidding: this thread breaks at least 3 times with each use. This is beyond annoying; Something is wrong with this product. Either way, it's a waste of time and money. Like other reviewers, I regret buying more than one pack of this thin ghost hair masquerading as dental floss.
