Essential for a trip to Switzerland.

I ordered this plug to take with me on a recent trip to Switzerland. I used it every day. I only work! I used it to charge my iPhone and iPad Mini. If you are traveling to Switzerland this is a must see. This fork arrived from the supplier in good condition and on time. I definitely recommend this seller.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Empty

It's a 50/50 chance

I bought 2 of these before leaving for Switzerland. One worked fine. The other was defective. When I first plugged it in, the light switch in our hotel room blew. The hotel manager tried to plug it in a second time and it blew again. Apparently they have never plugged in defective devices again and suspect that they are manufactured to lax standards.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Protection

Works well with power accessories

I was in Switzerland for 3 days. So I can't say how they perform in the long run, but I can say they worked well in Switzerland when I was there. By the way, I loved Switzerland, I've been to 5 countries and this is by far my favorite. If you're planning a trip to Switzerland you have to go to Zermatt, it's the cutest town I've ever been to and I just can't stop talking about it. It was wonderful!

Pros
  • Excellent design

. this type of adapter and I think they are the best on the market

I have several adapters of this type and I think they are the best on the market. They're lightweight, appear to be very well made (no sparks, no exposed hotspots, sturdy) and allow two devices to be connected at the same time. This is very convenient in hotels abroad, where sometimes only one socket can be used. After all, they are not too expensive, so if one of them is lost, replacing it will not be difficult.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities

Worked great in Switzerland with dual voltage devices

I bought 2 of these J type electrical adapters for a trip to Switzerland. They plugged into Swiss outlets and did a great job on my trip. My husband and I had no problem using these adapters to charge our Android smartphones, Android tablets, and iPad 2 and iPad mini tablets. I also used an adapter to connect a dual voltage curling iron. My only regret is that I only bought 2 of these adapters. I had to buy 4 because we had to constantly juggle our 2 adapters to keep everything charged. Pleaseโ€ฆ

  • Free for educational purposes

Leave it to the Swiss

We were taking a shipment of video equipment to Switzerland and found that the Swiss sockets offered too much protection compared to the rest of the world. Nothing else will work for them. Since we had a lot of batteries that needed charging every night, I bought a set of six. (Anyone are wondering why they come in packs of six? Who needs six plug adapters?) They work great. Just plug into a 3-hole outlet and plug in US plug, done. The pins hold well and firmly, so even a heavy industrial forkโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Big and bulky
