Boost Your Exercise With Beet Benefits

Using this we found that the beet root powder helped increase our endurance and improve OUR circulation during exercise. Our team also loved that it's organic and fits into our clean eating lifestyle. However, the taste can be slightly bitter for those who aren't used to it. Overall, a great addition to our Health and Household!

Pros
  • Natural source of nutrients that support circulation and heart health
Cons
  • Not suitable for individuals with beet allergies or intolerance

The best of turnips! suitable for sports nutrition

I'm glad I got this. I hate eating beetroot (which I really need), so I decided to try powdered form, which honestly is a lot more convenient. You simply add a scoop to your smoothie and you're done! It doesn't taste bad and I feel an immediate boost of energy as soon as I take it. I highly recommend it if you have trouble eating veggies

Pros
  • 100% pure beetroot powder, no extract, no fillers or additives
Cons
  • There are new competitors
