Bought because we love them when we stay in European hotel rooms. Assuming I could figure out how to get through there, I was given a cup of cool water. SOOOO, just read the instructions on how to preheat the water, then put the pod in and you're good to go. The perfect cup, single or double, every time! I close my eyes and believe in it. The moment O is back in a small hotel in the 1st arrondissement of Paris.

Had to replace my leaking Nespresso machine. It seemed inexpensive. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles, but it doesn't cost +$200 either. This needs to be watched as the slider controls the volume and my (non-espresso) cups take up 2 full inputs. I'm not using the On Until Operator Stops mode. . . I like to go away! I'm constantly looking for a small Nespresso compatible coffee maker with low power consumption for my RV. I'll try that and see how it goes.

It is very easy to use and brews quickly. Compared to the million dollar car I used in France, this one is relatively quiet (but you can hear it). The water heats up very quickly, so depending on the size of your cup, you can determine how much water you want to pour out. I have different sized mocha cups and appreciate being able to control the volume. Very nice for the money! I recommend filtered water for better brewing.

Not original but not far off the quality, they didn't skimp on the production and it certainly works fine. Extremely easy to use, being able to pour the right amount of coffee with just one finger via the retractable handle is simply amazing. That shows how overpriced Nestlé cars are. I've always used Dolce Gusto because I could make both coffee and espresso, no longer in the US market and my Esperta broke.
