worth your money.

It's worth it, I'm a DJ who scratches and mixes and they are very good. There is no excess weight on the shells, the needle does not jump or jump, and I thread it through the ring. worth your money.

Crystal clear sound, low price.

Just purchased and installed on my ProTT1 to replace an old discontinued Shure car. LOVE IT. It's a good weight and sounds fantastic! Night dance party, here I am

A very good cartridge.

This isn't Ortofon's most audiophile cartridge, but it definitely has amazing sound quality. I replaced an Audio Technica cartridge with this in my Crosley C100 turntable and it sounds much better.

GOOD FOR MIXING AND SCRATCHING

Very happy with it. From simply mixing house music and vocals to scratching, this Pro S Series can handle it all. The sound quality is excellent. As for the scratches. Crabs, 2 flares, freeway scratches, etc. They survived everything I threw at them.

A great semi-pro cartridge for home listeners who want a .

A great semi-pro cartridge for the home listener who wants to add great sound to their existing turntable without spending a lot of money. While not the best cartridge they make, it certainly offers you amazing quality and is definitely an improvement over your average or even above average "base" cartridge that came with it. Would buy and will definitely buy again ;) Cape Cod, Massachusetts

SOUND QUALITY IS GREAT!

All I can say is what is this? THIS THING IS AWESOME, currently owns about $11,000 worth of audiophile gear, have never bought a DJ truck, I'm not a DJ and never will be, bought this because of all the hype I've heard, and this was so freaking cheap i thought i would just give it to my kid no way is this going to fit my kid lol this thing is very impressive the sound quality is amazing this thing has great bass and amazing highs that Mittens are also impressive, wait and see for the next few…

Great sound and doesn't jump when scratching.

So I just started DJing with turntables. Before that I used a DDJ-SX2 DJ controller. I received two Gemini PT 2000 mk2 turntables which are essentially clones of the Technics 1200. Anyway when I first got them they had some broken needles so I replaced them with two new sets of Numark CC-1 carriages and pins I bought here. Well, when you try to scratch on the turntables, the needles jump like crazy. Sometimes it would be better than others, but I can say with confidence that the CC-1 falls…
