The lower radiator hose on my 2001 525i did not match this radiator properly. It might have been a one off issue, but it wasn't an OEM spec. However, return policy is acceptable.

Replaced the original fairly well but had to remove the fan clutch and cover to remove the old heatsink and install the new one. but could do it in a few hours

I spent $650 to install this radiator. The first leaked, now the second has leaked. I've had almost all parts of the cooling system on my BMW replaced, but I still can't drive it. I want a refund for the installation.

This cooler seems valuable but mine has been leaking in less than a year. I lose about a liter of coolant every 500-750 km. The leak is due to the combination of black plastic and aluminum on the passenger side. It took me several hours to replace this thing (BMW 530i Sport). Please rate all your options when viewing this radiator. It might save you some money compared to going to a dealer (aka theft), but you can rush into repairs in under a year OR pay someone else to throw everything into…
