CCMT09t304 carbide turning inserts, Thickness: 5/32, Thru Hole: 0.17, Radius: 1/64. Material: made of solid carbide with mutilayer coated, offer long life and faster cutting speed, low friction coefficient, good wear resistance. Designed for Steel, cast iron and non-ferrous materials. Used for turning and finishing on a wide range of materials. 10 pieces per box, provides longer tool life than uncoated grades.

Good quality, works well with hot rolled steel

I have used these inserts a lot on hot rolled steel and they perform better than other less expensive inserts and give a nice smooth cut at 175rpm on my lathe.
