Lower rating because it breaks often and I always order prices. If it had been built better there would be no reason to use a different mop.

Had to replace mop head after probably less than 20 uses. The piece attached to the mop handle broke into several pieces. Ordered a replacement on Saturday, delivered on Monday. Back in business!

excellent product!. until you accidentally bump into table legs and the like. The head comes off at the joint of the handle, there is not enough support at the joint wide open bottoms?. This is a great product.

We have 100% hard floors. And lots of Yorkies. We rely on our Oshang flat mops. We used to be forced to buy an entire system because of a broken mop. Now this is the first delivery of the new head. Very satisfied!

After just over a year of use, my old mop head broke. It was a week out of warranty so I figured I'd have to buy a new mop. nope! This replacement mop head fits perfectly and I'm back in business. I love this mop/bucket system. Cleans perfectly.

Other flat mops can be folded on both sides. It's not a problem if you remember not to do this, so I marked the end that folds up with a marker that says 'up' :) I really like these mops/mops , because the fasteners don't rust like other mop heads, and appear to be very strong.

I bought this floor wiper when it was first introduced. Easy to use, cleans floors and leaves no paper waste. The only problem is that over time the plastic sleeve that connects the nozzle and mop will crack. At least I can now replace this item which is still MUCH cheaper than other mop alternatives. I change about every 2 years.
