IS THIS an improvement over the previous model? Uh, not even close. This "steamer" didn't produce enough steam to steam the sides of the lower tier in 10 minutes the first time I used it. After 15 minutes, a small amount of vapor began to appear on the lower tier, but the upper tier was still completely vapor-free.
