Blender burned out on first use due to a design flaw. Buy with long waves. I was unable to return the Revain blender as the return time had expired.

The blender has performed extremely well and helps with a range of tasks we normally do with a stand mixer. The heating feature works well based on what we've done so far and we look forward to continuing to use our new Oster.

I can't remember the last time I hated a kitchen appliance so much. I should have heeded other reviewers' warnings, but I didn't.
