Description of OTC 6068 Diesel Clutch Wrench

Designed for use with OTC 7205E1 holding tool to remove fan clutch assembly. Has a special bend in the handle to provide clearance for accessories found on some vehicles. Application 1998-2003 Ford vans and pickups with 7.3L direct-injected turbocharged (DIT) diesel engine. Wrench size 1-7/8 inch (47 mm). Similar to Ford 303-591.

only suitable for installing a new fan clutch

only suitable for installing a new fan clutch, otherwise the clutch is not tightened very firmly. It's really bad for removal, it's too thin and twists under the load of torque, and the steel is soft and rounds too easily. In the end it didn't work so I didn't buy it again. I had to use an old school mechanic trick to disengage the fan clutch.
