Works great with Delco PF64

I read on the forums that the factory installed PF64 filter on the 2.0L Camaro was very difficult to remove so I bought this fitting. Worked like a dream.

I bought this for those crappy oldsmobile filters

I bought this for those crappy oldsmobile filters. It turns out to fit most of our NAPA filters at work, which is why I use it a lot for spin-on filters. who are in a difficult situation. You will be surprised how many filters fit in this cap.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Slightly wrinkled

Does what it's supposed to do

After a few oil changes I decided to throw away my other filter wrench and just use this one. It grips the filter housing without slipping and releases the filter regardless of the torque required. What a refreshing change from other filter wrenches that slip through.

Pros
  • This is amazing

  • There are downsides

Perfect fit for Delco PF48 and PF63 oil filters

This head is perfect for Delco PF48 and PF63 oil filters. I still can't believe GM makes some of their oil filters so hard to come by, but this tool allows you to quickly remove the filter. One reviewer said he received a plastic tool. Not so in my case. Mine is metal and looks just like the picture. Enough!

Perfect match for Olds 3.5 filter

Bought another head which I have used for many years but has always been a bit loose and stuck in the body when tightening. The dealer did a couple of free oil changes and replaced the filter. Now the socket had slipped off and I could no longer remove it. I ordered this one and it fits perfectly. The filter was removed and tightened immediately without slipping or seizing. This made me realize that I was using a slightly larger head. This thing is perfect. Even after 275,000 miles I expect the

The filter connection pictured is not the one you need.

The filter cartridge shown is not the one you will receive. I needed the shorter full metal filter head shown in the pictures. The one you get is a typical plastic head that adapts to two different filter sizes you'll find at car dealerships. The plastic is unacceptable for my use and I'm not sure if Revain is aware of this, although I did let them know via the link in the ad. I will contact OTC Tools and find out why they are not selling the right metal. Also this tool is much larger and…
