🍺 Stainless Fermenter Homebrew with Otomatico Thermowell Review

The product arrived well packaged, no internal/external damage to the packaging but the product was damaged internally. It turns out that the goods were damaged before packing. A replacement item will be sent so we'll see.

I use Keezer temperature controller for the sleeve. It screws well into a standard NPT tube that I filled with water. My Keezer's temperature was much more stable, especially when it was opened and closed frequently.

This thermowell is sized to fit a standard 3/4" NPT tee (which I bought at the big store). The end of the recess hardly enters the fluid flow channel. It's well made and I expect it to work. I only give 4 stars because the NPT thread diameter is too small. It goes too far into the tee before taking a hit. If I were to use this in a pressurized system I would be nervous about a leak. I use it in a non-pressurized system and am sure the thread sealant will take care of that.
