OtterBox DEFENDER SERIES Case For Samsung Galaxy S9 - Retail Packaging - PURPLE NEBULA (WINSOME ORCHID/NIGHT PURPLE) Review

My daughter and I purchased Otterbox Model Defender screen protectors for our new Samsung Galaxy 9 about 2 months ago and shortly after purchase the screen protectors are no longer installed as our previous models ripped. We are very disappointed in their quality. The person or persons who developed them made a big mistake. We are no longer satisfied with the quality of Otterbox.

This case didn't protect my phone from waist length. My screen cracked when it came out of the case while climbing stairs. It offers protection at the top and bottom, but not in the middle of the phone as the glass overhangs the side of the case and offers no protection. This was my first time using Otterbox and probably the last time. I expected more from a top company

The color is what I expected. I needed something that would stand up to my life and my sloppiness and this case did it. The only downside is the port covers on the bottom, which are very difficult to remove for charging. I've had this case for about two months and these covers are still difficult to take off. I have acrylic nails and my boyfriend (obviously) doesn't, but we both have the same problem.

Big fan of Defender, thanks to Defender my old Galaxy S5 stays in perfect condition even after years of use. However, probably due to the curved edges of the S9, this Defender model doesn't have a built-in screen protector. I have purchased LK brand screen protectors which are said to be compatible, but even after waiting the recommended time after applying the screen protector to place the phone in the case, there are huge bubbles forming at the bottom of the screen, probably due to tight fit…
