OtterBox Defender Series SCREENLESS Edition Case For IPhone 13 Pro (ONLY) - Happy Purple Review

I bought this case to use when I'm at work and I usually need to hold my phone away to type. I'm pretty clumsy so I need something hard. This case is great! Durable but thin! I think this is the thinnest Otterbox protection I have ever used! (Can be good or bad depending on your needs) I rate it 4 stars because the color of the plastic part is a bit bluish. I thought it would be a nice gray like the photos but it definitely has hints of blue in it. Doesn't look bad, but I haven't ruled it out

They've also reduced the side protrusions while maintaining a larger screen protrusion at the top or bottom, making it easier to view each screen from the side. It is advertised as comparable to MagSafe. I can tell you it's not at all. It doesn't charge or connect at all. It's great for defense which is why I gave it two stars. But I will return it.

Wish I could give it 5 stars. I've used Otterbox on all my iPhones for the last 6 years. You don't feel as safe as you used to. There is no screen protector as far as I know it has been on the last 2-3 models but that is not a problem. The front is almost unprotected. No depth to defend. The back and front can now be easily damaged. 60 bucks down the drain. Buy another case and don't repeat my mistake!

As mentioned, hunter green is more akin to turquoise. Still a great color if you can get over the name. Not sure what the other poster says about the flimsy plastic, it's sturdier than the old case I had for my X. If you have a screen protector, the plastic edges are almost the same height, so they're all basically red. The top and bottom are slightly raised to protect the screen from scratches. I ordered this case because I've always entrusted my phones to Otterbox so naturally I wanted one for my new iPhone 13 Pro. But be careful...this isn't the hunter green and orange combo they've had in the past. It's the same color as my XR, blue and white.
