I use this to knead dough and it works great! The mat is non-slip and provides an excellent non-stick surface for working with dough. I also like that it's easy to store - just roll it up and put it in a drawer. Ideal.

Very large. If I had replaced it I would have bought a smaller size. It's not that easy to clean. It is also difficult to store in a closet. Gauges are very weak. It would be better if they were darker and cleaner. My dough sticks to him. That should make driving easier. It's the same as if it were on a different surface.

It's thick enough to be durable, but not so thick that it's difficult to store. You should be able to cut pasta dough and be able to do this (straight down instead of cutting) on an Oudisen mat.
