Easy to fit and iPhone app downloads instantly and syncs with fans (I have two installed on my patio). The wall controller controls two synchronized fans. I didn't want to install two wall controllers, so I use an app to control the fans independently.

I have this fan in my garden and I love it! Talk about silence, and even at the highest level 6, so quiet! The fan looks very nice, the blades are black and once you download the application to use it becomes very easy and convenient. I can easily turn on the fan with my phone or iPad, adjust the speed, etc. I would definitely recommend this fan. Oh, and it's either indoors or outdoors, so I'm getting one for my bedroom soon!

Advance: I installed it and it works very well. The fan is very smooth. 6 speed levels make it versatile. Fairly quiet, with a little helicopter noise at top speed. The light is adequate but the 20 year old fan it replaced had 3 stems which directed the light into the corners of the room rather than straight down. But I expected that.
