At least disappointing

In my experience these plugs are a nightmare for connecting to my wifi. It takes several attempts to finally connect the plugs. The problem I have is that my WiFi has 5.0 and 2.5 bands. Attempting to get the connector to recognize the lower 2.4 bands proved disappointing. I kept getting a warning that the plug would only work on 2.4 and refused to connect. After several attempts (over 2 days) I finally managed to get a plug to recognize my WiFi in the 2.5 band. Now multiply that X by 4. Once…

Connecting to Tuya app when smart life not working

What others say about crappy instructions is right was above! Not the smart life app for me but Tuya after, it was a breeze and I've loved her ever since! I hooked up 2 floor lamps in my living room so I can turn them on remotely once it gets dark and then one in my bedroom for a wall mounted air conditioner so I can turn it on before I get home which is nice and cool! Works great for these purposes and I will definitely buy again!

Easy to use but scheduling and connectivity are unreliable

I have a lot of smart devices and bought this set of four smart sockets for extra home security by turning the lights on and off to give the impression to awaken that someone has a house. They worked fine for about a month, but now the app reports internet access problems or no response almost every day. I updated the app and devices. The Christmas tree is burning!

I'm so excited to be able to voice control my Christmas tree through Alexa instead of having to go behind the tree and plug and unplug it every time! Hooray!
