It's good for a while, but he's dying!

I bought a box of two sockets for your smart mini sockets (Barcode: B07F2ZLHQ3 / Model SP10). One of the WiFi sockets continues to function normally, but one no longer connects. I upgraded my home WiFi to a WiFi maze system, so I had to reconnect all connected devices, including your smart plugs. One stopped connecting, the same blue light didn't flash when I pressed the setup button but flickered in a weird rhythm that didn't allow me to connect to my smart home controller. You no longer have to pay for 10 hours of TV and lights all night.

I originally ordered these because my son always leaves the lights and TV on all night. But I ended up using one in my room as a simple timer to turn off the TV, so now I don't have to get up to turn something off! They were easy to set up and easy to use. To set this up you need to download the socket app, register and then connect to Alexa. I don't think the process was smooth and it took me a few minutes to figure it out and I'm quite comfortable with the technology. If I gave it to someone like my parents who aren't tech savvy, I don't think they would be able to adapt it.
