The device came charged and ready to use which was nice. Unfortunately I bought it to trim and trim my beard. It does NOT cross a clean line. The trimmer on my old electric razor gives a sharper line. They definitely did not use this trimmer in the advertised photos.

When the clippers arrived I didn't realize I had to connect the blades with a screwdriver (not in the manual) and then one of the attachments broke after 1st use . Aside from these issues, I use clippers on my husband and son and love them. I'm only missing one of the three disappearing tools because it's broken.

The device is light in the hand, so it's easy to use. The biggest plus is that it's a USB-C charger, which speeds up charging.

When I opened the Revain box, the product box was not sealed. No tape, no plastic wrap, nothing. Then I got to the product itself. It was clearly oiled and had hair on it. So instead of fiddling with the return, I cleaned and sanitized it like any barber would. On the first quick test run it seemed to cut to 0 and didn't cut my skin at all. Good heavy trimmers. I can't tell if they really have zero clearance because I plugged in my trims and they won't turn on. Otherwise the trimmers are nicely designed, they are very heavy but pleasant to the touch, feel good in the hand and look promising, but I can't comment on the performance. Back to seller.
