Very good for grilling vegetables. There are no problems with their use. But when fresh (or below room temperature) meat is placed on this product, this plate twists due to the temperature difference between the plate under the meat and the other part. The thickness of this product cannot cover it.

This is the WORST pan. It warped almost immediately within minutes of being placed on the grill. It literally burned down and it wasn't easy to clean. I do not recommend buying this product. I would have sent it back but I didn't use it immediately after purchasing it and the return window had already closed. My rating would be less than zero stars. Don't waste money!

Does NOT come with detachable soft grip handle. He's made of wood. And both pans I ordered have a screw coming out of the wooden handle, which isn't practical at all. If it weren't for that, I would give this item a 5 for its excellent grilling veg function. Bought a second one for camping but not a fan of the wooden handle with screw so returned it. I got a replacement and it also had a wooden handle with a protruding screw tip. Damn.

This pan works very well. We grill teriyaki chicken with peppers and onions and it turns pretty black. Unlike our old skillet, which wasn't copper, this skillet wipes clean fairly easily. The only problem we had was the grip. The screw was sticking out and my husband and I stabbed ourselves before realizing the problem. I hope this is just a production issue. We didn't want to return it, so we just sign it 🤷‍♀️

Good big frying pan. The detachable handle is convenient. It's not exactly non-stick - I need to clean it. but that's no problem. Didn't notice the finish peeling like some of the other reviews.
