Description of OverOps

OverOps runtime root cause analysis instantly pinpoints why critical issues break backend Java and .NET environments. No detective work is required, such as searching logs. OverOps provides the precise line of code and associated variables back to the developers within their tools. For pre-prod, issues are resolved before the next quality gate, and in production, before customers notice them. There is no guesswork such as in test planning. OverOps is easy to use, requires no code changes, plugs into your CI/CD, and integrates with other observability tools. All this empowers engineering teams to develop fast without sacrificing quality.

OverOps is great monitoring and incident management solution

We have been using overops for some time now in our production environment with no complaints so far! It's easy to use (even without any technical background) - it just works out of box when you install/configure everything correctly from scratch or by applying one-click upgrade scripts available online like this website recommends :). I'd say that if your application has not much users yet then maybe go slow at first but once installed properly will become very handy tool which saves tons off

Pros
  • Its high quality code written mostly as GoLang, running natively inside Linux containers where we can easily control system resources directly within container rather than relying upon 3rd party cloud platforms; )
Cons
  • Not sure there is something really bad about Ops : )

Easy and fast Continuous Integration done right !!

The ability to do continuous integration with GitHub has been key for us in building our product line up quickly! We have used other CI tools before but nothing comes close when it's time come down pick between them all (Jenkins/TeamCity). I like that we can use this tool without any problems because of its ease-of-use feature even if you are not familiarized yet by Jenkins or Team City at first sight they will be easy enough once get started using those software which require some knowledge…

Pros
  • It's also great for those who want something new for their development process as well
Cons
  • Nothing really dislike here to be honest
