The counter seems fine but I sent it back a few minutes after unpacking it. The smartphone app immediately requests any permission. You have to grant permissions before it even does anything.

This is a 1 week battery life counter that works with an iPad. It's relatively cheap and you can use several at the same time. My only complaint is that it only records 10,000 samples at a time. Otherwise it's great.

Also, I wish the backlight stay on longer, it's great value for money. It replaces the counter I bought in 1998 so I'm minding my stuff. I only got this because I wanted Bluetooth and storage. It looks like this is going to take a while too.

Cannot turn off auto power off, ATO power off function is faulty. The temperature is not accurate. The manual scope disables display updates, but should only disable scope changes. Meter flashes strange numbers when range is changed. Bluetooth voice update rate needs to be selectable, e.g. only speak when reading changes more than 10% etc. Meter has other issues.

Unit is excellent for the money apart from the ease of use. The device works smoothly to measure resistance and others as mentioned. I bought this primarily for data logging but it's hectic to set up, takes a long time to set up. The instruction manual is tiny and difficult to understand. Not bad overall, high price, although some expensive features such as Bluetooth and data logging should be noted. The Android app may need some improvement, but overall it's functional. A screenshot in the app would be nice, even if the data can be exported. The meter is a bit slower to capture the DC motor's starting current, but it's possible. Wintertick measurements with 03 alh tdi (-10F) showed 390 amps at the starter (obviously a cold start) and managed to catch the starting current at 602
