Effortlessly Shake Up Your 🍸 Favorite Cocktails with OXO SteeL Cocktail Shaker Review

I like everything about this shaker except the design allows the shaker to leak. The lid fits the top snugly, but not tight enough to prevent leakage when the drink is shaken. I've always had good experiences with this brand so I was happy with my purchase but I wouldn't buy this shaker again.

I was between the single wall model and the double wall model and opted for the double wall model to keep my fingers warm. Nobody tells you that only 2/3 of the container is double walled. The entire top is single and guess what you need to hold it up when you shake it so it doesn't spill. What's the point? The double-walled model is also smaller than the single-walled model. Returned.

Bought for my daughter who is a hobby mixologist. She tried many shakers, but they were often too difficult to disassemble. Did a little research and this cocktail shaker got great reviews. It fits the hype. It holds a lot of liquid, the built-in filter works well, the dimensions inside the lid are practical and it is easy to disassemble for cleaning. The only downside is that the top wobbles at times, so hold onto it while you shake it.

This is a great design from OXO but apparently their manufacturer in China doesn't have the accuracy to execute it. I've ordered three so far and they're all leaking due to various issues: The first was leaking because the center piece wasn't sticking to the base. The second shaker dripped on top because the lid didn't close properly. The latter actually had a tiny pin-sized hole in the top of the vacuum base that allowed liquid to flow into the walls of the container.

This thing is amazing. Have wanted a shaker for a long time. Finally I bought it in a big store. The thing leaked terribly and was no longer recognizable after use. My husband and I used a knife to rip it apart. I thought there must be a better shaker. After reading the reviews about this shaker, I decided to give it a try. This shaker does not leak and is very easy to take apart. Spend a few euros more to get this shaker, it's worth it!

As many others have mentioned in their reviews this shaker has known leakage issues. I decided to see if I was lucky or if it leaked. Mine dripped like a sieve when I first tried it. Liquid sprayed in all directions. Terrible quality Also, the parts of the shaker don't fit together exactly. If you turn the shaker upside down (even empty), it immediately breaks into three parts. The top lid also sits loosely on the shaker; it doesn't rotate. It undoubtedly has something to do with the leakage…
