Ozonetel CloudAgent offers a cloud contact center for inbound, outbound and blended communications. Key features of the application include multi-channel ACD that covers voice, email, SMS, and social media, as well as IVR, an outbound dialer and quality monitoring tools for supervisors. The ACD comes with skill based routing and intelligent universal queue. Ozonetel CloudAgent also offers a CTI (computer telephony integration) system with screen pops for complete contact information including context of the call and caller history. This can be integrated with your CRM and other 3rd party applications. Real-time call recording and an interaction analysis of historical calls, along with integrated scoring, reports and graphs, give supervisors greater insight into the performance of their agents. Ozonetel Cloudagent has the best in class integration with Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho and other CRMs. You can deploy Cloudagent on top of your Twilio infrastructure too.

Great new solution for improved Customer Service

I like how easy it is to use and get up and running quickly without having any prior knowledge or experience using this product. It has been very simple to train our team members to use and we have had no issues at all from either end. We've only used their support services twice so far but they were quick to respond both times. They are not currently offering much more than what you would find through other products which makes them a bit limited if you need additional functionality beyond…
